Spatial Biology Services

Library preparation: $320.00 per plate. Does not include sequencing.
Dry run: $200.00 per slide. Includes slide preparation through the standard Nanostring protocol without the overnight hybridization to test conditions for morphology marker staining. Customer provides a test slide and morphology markers to be tested.
Single kit full run: $400.00 per slide. This includes slides prep through the standard Nanostring protocol for one DSP kit (whole transcriptome or IO Proteome kit). Please provide sample slide(s), morphology markers, DSP kit. Does not include library prep. Users provide GeoMx kit (protein or transcriptome), slide preparation kit, code sequencing plates and morphology markers. The CoLab provides instrument buffers, collection plates, PBS, SSC, antigen retrieval buffer and Syto13 DNA marker.
Add RNAscope staining: $200.00 per slide. Includes labor cost for RNAscope staining instead of antibody morphology marker staining. Customer provides reagent and probes for RNAscope stain.

SMI run: $375.00 for up to four slides. Includes slide processing and CosMx run.

Genomics Services

Labor cost: $250.00 per run. Total cost to include labor plus cost of kit, supplied by the CoLab. CoLab staff will generate a quote based on the kit requested.
