Promoting Ethical Research in the Neurosciences

MacDuffie Lab

The human brain is our most complex and personal organ. Advances in neuroscience research have built collective knowledge and hold great promise for improving the lives of people affected by neurodevelopmental, psychiatric, and neurologic conditions.

Our lab is focused on understanding the social and ethical impacts of advances in neuroscience research. We seek to draw in and learn from the perspectives of those most likely to be impacted by cutting-edge science.
