Seattle Children's Pharmacy Residency Programs

Welcome to our informational page on pharmacy residency training! Our institution currently offers three residency programs:

Our pages offer guidance on requirements for these programs in addition to background on offered rotations, longitudinal experiences and research.

We champion anti-racism and find strength in the diversity of our patients, their families, staff and community. We believe all children deserve exceptional care, the best outcomes, respect and a safe environment. To achieve this, we work to eliminate health inequities and address any form of systemic racism in our organization. Our residency program includes opportunities to serve in this mission.

Why do a residency at Seattle Children’s Hospital?

  • Strong professional and collaborative relationships between physicians, APPs, nurses and pharmacists
  • Culture of safety to ensure the most effective and safest care for our patients
  • Experienced and well-rounded preceptors with involvement in policy, pathway and guideline of care development
  • Supportive learning environment for pharmacy residents, interns and students
  • Because you are the future of pharmacy! Come train with a fun and knowledgeable group of practitioners.
  • Practice at a large referral center to obtain a well-rounded learning experience
