This leads to opportunities for conversations about many topics like: eating/nutrition, strength, sports and moving, size, how people see you, comparisons, differences and sexualization. Join our team of puberty experts to review typical growth and development and all the worries, concerns and celebrations of a body under construction.
The Social Network: Navigating Friendships Across Multiple Platforms

Adolescence is an important time to build skills for friendships and healthy relationships. How do grown-ups stay close while standing back as preteens and teens navigate their social lives? What is the data on the role of social media and technology in the life of adolescents? Join us in a conversation talking about how kids change developmentally in their friendship skills over time and explore the role of parents and trusted grown-ups as our kids navigate relationships while developing their own identities.
