  • Biography

    Romario Solano is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with youth and families from diverse communities providing individual, group, and family therapy in mental health and primary care settings.  In his role, Romario conducts assessment, therapy, and provides psychoeducation on mental health topics, such as the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and social well-being related to children and family well-being. Romario also collaborates closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated care and improved health outcomes for patients with co-occurring conditions. Romario practices commitment to staying informed about the intersections of race, culture, and mental health, and believes in the power of collaboration with patients and their families. He enjoys community advocacy and mental health education on adolescents and families from marginalized backgrounds, including communities of color and LGBTQ+ individuals.
