  • Biography

    Dr. Kimberly Stone is vice president of medical affairs at Seattle Children’s Hospital, and a professor of pediatrics in the Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She is the associate chief of operations and clinical director for Emergency Services and an attending physician in the Emergency Department at Seattle Children's Hospital. Dr. Stone received her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed her pediatrics residency and pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital and Seattle Children's Hospital. Dr. Stone is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and American College of Emergency Physicians. She is certified in PALS and serves as a PALS instructor. Dr. Stone's interests are in quality improvement, operations, simulation and systems improvement.
