Family Resource Center Programs
Car seats
The Family Resource Center provides car seats to inpatients and Emergency Department patients so you may ride home safely. Please ask your care team to see if you are eligible so they can place a car seat order.
Free caregiver massage
A 20-minute chair massage can help with stress and reduce tension in the neck, back and shoulders. Provided by a licensed massage therapist.
Our licensed massage therapist has appointments Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Caregivers may schedule only 1 week in advance. To help us serve all families, please only have caregivers sign up for 1 massage per week.
Once you have signed up, the massage appointment will take place in the Volunteer Services offices on level 3, River zone, near the River 3 entrance and security.
For questions or to join the waitlist, please call the Family Resource Center at 206-987-2201.

- We are a notary public and not a leasing officer. If this request is related to rental or mortgage agreements, please reach out to a real estate agent.
- To request an appointment with a notary public, please fill out this intake form.
Caregivers Meet and Greet (program on hold beginning May 13, 2024)
Due to staffing shortages, this program will be on hold beginning May 13, 2024. The last day for this program will be May 8. If you have escalations, please call the Family Resource Center at 206-987-2201.
Caregivers Meet and Greet runs every Monday and Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the River 3 Family Resource Center (inpatient caregiver badge required for access). This program aims to provide inpatient caregivers a place to relax, take a break, ask questions about available resources and talk to other caregivers who share similar experiences while enjoying the comfort of a hot beverage and light snacks. We will have Spanish-speaking staff present every other week and we can provide virtual interpreters in real time when requested.
