How to Make an Appointment
To make an appointment with the Eating Disorders Recovery Program:
- Referral from primary care provider is required. Vital signs are needed within 14 days of referral.
- Medical and nutrition concerns: talk with your child’s primary care provider for a referral to Adolescent Medicine.
- Mental health concerns: talk with your child’s primary care provider or mental health therapist for a referral to Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine.
